Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy describes how Eighty20 ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website (eighty20.xyz) and any applications, integrations or tools we operate (together, the "Services"), including those that connect to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and others.
Information we collect
- Information you send us — e.g. your name, email address and message contents when you email us.
- Account data from third-party sign-in — when you choose to connect a third-party account (e.g. Google or Meta) to one of our Services, we receive only the information you authorize on that platform's consent screen, such as your name, email address and profile picture, and any additional scopes shown to you.
- Data accessed through authorized APIs — only where needed to provide the feature you requested, and only within the permissions you granted.
This website itself uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Services you requested.
- To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you.
- To keep the Services secure and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data obtained from third-party APIs for advertising.
Google user data
Eighty20's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the application, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and is never used for advertising or read by humans except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (e.g. hosting, email), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. We receive only what we need for invoicing, such as name, email, billing address and payment status.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Data obtained through a connected third-party account is deleted when you disconnect it or ask us to delete it.
Your rights & data deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@eighty20.xyz. You can also revoke our access from your third-party account settings at any time. See data deletion instructions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
